1.高层建筑防烟楼梯间及其前室、合用前室和消防电梯前室的机械加压送风量应由计算确定,或查表确定。当计算值与查表结果不一致时,应按两者中较大值确定。

The mechanical pressurized air supply volume of smoke proof staircase and its antechamber, shared antechamber and fire elevator antechamber of high-rise buildings shall be determined by calculation or by looking up the table. When the calculated value is inconsistent with the table lookup result, the larger value shall be determined.

8.机械加压送风机可采用轴流风机或中、低压离心风机,风机位置应根据供电条件、风量分配均衡、新风入口不受火烟威胁等因素确定。

9.带裙房的高层建筑防烟楼梯间及其前室,消防电梯前室或合用前室,当裙房以上部分利用可开启外窗进行自然排烟,裙房部分不具备自然排烟条件时,其前室或合用前室应设置局部正压送风系统。

For smoke proof staircases and their antechambers of high-rise buildings with podiums, fire elevator antechambers or shared antechambers, when the parts above the podium use openable external windows for natural smoke exhaust, and when the podium does not have natural smoke exhaust conditions, its antechambers or shared antechambers shall be equipped with local positive pressure air supply system.
10.防烟楼梯间的加压送风口应采用自垂式百叶风口或常开的双层百叶风口,当采用常开的双层百叶风口时,应在其加压风机的吸入管上设置与开启风机连锁的电动阀。

12.机械加压送风机可设置一台或多台。机械加压送风机房应采用耐火极限不低于2.5小时的隔墙和1.5小时的楼板与其他部位隔开,隔墙上的门应为防火门。

13.机械加压送风口的风速不宜大于7m/s。楼梯间的风口截面按楼梯间总送风量的平均值计算,前室的风口截面按前室总风量的50%。
13. The wind speed at the mechanical pressure air supply outlet shall not be greater than 7m/s. The air outlet section of the stairwell is calculated as the average of the total air supply volume of the stairwell, and the air outlet section of the antechamber is 50% of the total air volume of the antechamber.
14.前室机械加压送风口宜设置在靠近地面的墙面上。
