一、 管道耐火限度要求
1、 Fire resistance limit requirements for pipelines
1.机械加压送风管道的设置和耐火限度应符合下列规定:
The setting and fire resistance limit of mechanical pressurized air supply pipelines should comply with the following regulations:
1 竖向设置的送风管道应独立设置在管道井内,当确有困难时,未设置在管道井内或与其他管道合用管道井的送风管道,其耐火限度不应低于1.00h;
1. Vertical air supply pipelines should be independently installed in the pipeline shaft. When there are difficulties, the fire resistance limit of air supply pipelines that are not installed in the pipeline shaft or used together with other pipelines in the pipeline shaft should not be less than 1.00 hours;
2 水平设置的送风管道,当设置在吊顶内时,其耐火限度不应低于0.50h;当未设置在吊顶内时,其耐火限度不应低于1.00h。

二、 排烟管道的设置和耐火限度应符合下列规定:

三、管道隔热要求

1.当吊顶内有可燃物时,吊顶内的排烟管道应采用不燃材料进行隔热,并应与可燃物保持不小于150mm的距离。

条文说明为了防止排烟管道本身的高温引燃吊顶中的可燃物,本条规定安装在吊顶内的排烟风管应采取隔热措施,如在排烟风管外,包敷具有耐火限度的材料,并与可燃物保持不小于150mm的距离。
In order to prevent the high temperature of the smoke exhaust duct itself from igniting combustibles in the ceiling, this provision stipulates that smoke exhaust ducts installed in the ceiling should take insulation measures. For example, materials with fire resistance limits should be wrapped outside the smoke exhaust ducts and kept at a distance of no less than 150mm from combustibles.
金属风管的制作和连接应符合下列规定:

排烟风管的隔热层应采用厚度不小于40mm的不燃绝热材料,绝热材料的施工及风管加固、导流片的设置应按现行******标准《通风与空调工程施工质量验收规范》GB50243的有关规定执行。
The insulation layer of smoke exhaust ducts should use non combustible insulation materials with a thickness of no less than 40mm. The construction of insulation materials, reinforcement of ducts, and setting of guide vanes should be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current ****** standard "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering" GB50243.
风管的安装应符合下列规定:

吊顶内的排烟管道应采用不燃材料隔热,并应与可燃物保持不小于150mm的距离。

四、分析
4、 Analysis
1、由上述规定可知,当排烟管道设置在吊顶内且有可燃物时,应同时满足耐火极 限和不小于40mm隔热层要求。

2、耐火极 限其实已经包括了耐火隔热性,又规定了不小于40mm隔热层,是进一步提出更高要求,故二者都应满足,现实应用中经常被忽略。

不适用于:

a)耐火性能取决于吊顶耐火性能的管道;

c)两面或三面的管道;

e)与墙或楼板连接的吊挂固定件。
