1、薄钢板风管。用薄钢板制作通风管道,以采用低碳钢板为宜,以冷轧钢板适用于通风与空调工程。厚度在1.2mm以内的薄钢板风管采用咬口连接,厚度2mm以内时采用焊接。根据有关规定,薄钢板风管与镀锌钢板风管,当矩形风管边长≥630mm和保温风管边长≥800mm,其管段长度在1.2mm以上的均应采取加固措施。一般使用角钢加固风管,边有采用起高接头(立咬口〕或在风管管壁上滚槽压出凸棱等加固方法。风管与风管连接一般采用角钢或扁钢法兰。

Generally, angle steel or flat steel flange is used to connect the air duct and the air duct.
2、镀锌钢板风管。镀锌钢板施工时应注意使镀锌层不受破坏,应采用咬口和铆接。

3、不锈钢板风管。在加工时应防止板材表面产生划痕刮伤和凹陷等缺陷,且不得用铁锤敲打,避免破坏合金元素的晶体结构,否则被铁锤敲击处会出现腐蚀。不锈钢的强度较高、弹性好,当管壁厚度大于0.8mm时,一般采用焊接,厚度在0.8mm以下时,采用咬口连接。不锈钢风管连接使用的法兰,一般是把不锈钢板剪成条形,矩形法兰可按尺寸采用焊接,圆形法兰则采用冷弯法加工。
3. Stainless steel plate air duct.
