1、拆卸法：如果烟道尺寸过小（小于40公分），人工无法进入时采用此法，清洁人员根据现场实际情况，每隔一定距离拆卸一段烟道向两方延伸清理，这个方法清洁效果好，难度较大，费用较高。

2、人工进入法：对于清洁工人可以钻进去的平行烟道（大于40公分）可以人工进行清理，此法劳动强度较大，清洗效果也是较好的，不过需要注意加强通风，配备低压（36伏）照明电源。

4、油烟机器人清洗法：对于油污较少，清洗周期短且不易拆卸和人工无法进入的烟道采用此法清理，先将管道内喷洒专用清洗剂，使油污软化，再使用油烟清洗机器人进行遥控清洗，长的电动软轴刷将油污刷洗干净，此法多用于竖管道。

5、空降法：此法主要用于清洗50公分见方以上的竖烟道，清洗人员先拆下管道的上截和下截，在烟道上方固定高空绳，系上带，清洗人员从上下清洗竖烟道内的油污。此法危险性较大，技术性强，费用较高，清理效果好。由于竖烟道一般积油较少一年清洗一次即可。
5. Airborne method: this method is mainly used to clean the vertical flue above 50 cm square. The cleaning personnel first remove the upper and lower sections of the pipeline, fix the high-altitude safety rope above the flue, fasten the safety belt, and the cleaning personnel clean the oil stain in the vertical flue from top to bottom. This method has the advantages of high risk, strong technicality, high cost and good cleaning effect. As the vertical flue generally has less oil accumulation, it can be cleaned once a year.
