1、通风、空气调节工程所使用的主要材料、设备、成品半成品等均应有出厂合格证明书或质量鉴定文件。

2、圆形风管的三通，其夹角为90º。

通风管道的安装准备工作

Preparation for installation of ventilation duct

1、部件安装前应进行如下检查，经检查合格并填写有关验收资料后方可进行安装：

1）各类阀门制作应牢固，调节制动装置应准确灵活、可靠，并标明阀门启闭方向，防火阀壳体厚度应大于等于2mm，材料选用应符合GB50243-97规范要求。西安通风管道制作厂家

2）风口表面应平整，偏差<=2mm，矩形风口对角线差<=3mm，圆形风口任意正交两直径的允许偏差<=2mm。

2) The tuyere surface shall be flat with deviation < = 2mm, the diagonal difference of rectangular tuyere is < = 3mm, and the allowable deviation of any two orthogonal diameters of circular tuyere is < = 2mm.

3）风口各转动部分应灵活，叶片或插板应平直，叶片内距应均匀，散流器和调节应同轴，轴向间距分布匀称，叶片等启闭应完全，人防密闭阀方向与冲击波相准确，不可装反，叶片全开或全闭，不可作调节风量之用。

3) The rotating parts of the air outlet shall be flexible, the blades or insert plates shall be straight, the inner distance of the blades shall be uniform, the diffuser and regulator shall be coaxial, the axial spacing shall be evenly distributed, the opening and closing of the blades, etc. shall be complete, the direction of the civil air defense sealing valve shall be accurate with the shock wave, and shall not be installed reversely. The blades shall be fully opened or closed, and shall not be used to adjust the air volume.

4）柔性短管人防滤毒系统选用橡胶型，其他选用三防防火帆布，各吊、支、托架，应平整牢固，焊缝饱满，抱箍的圆弧应均匀。
