1、确保设备部件的接缝都要严密不漏风;清洗系统风管内表面,必须平整光滑,严禁有横向拼接缝和管内设加固或采用凸棱加固的方法。
1. Ensure that the joints of equipment components are tight without air leakage; The inner surface of the air duct of the cleaning system must be flat and smooth, and it is strictly forbidden to have transverse joints and reinforcement in the duct or to use convex edge reinforcement.
2、风管咬缝要紧密、宽度均匀,无孔洞、半咬口和胀裂等缺陷。直管纵向咬缝错开;风管折角平直,圆弧均匀,两端平面平行无翘角,表面凹凸不超过10mm;风管与法兰连接牢固,翻边平整,宽度要大于6mm。
2. The biting seam of air duct shall be compact, uniform in width, and free from defects such as hole, half biting and expansion crack. The longitudinal seam of straight pipe is staggered; The bending angle of the air duct is straight, the arc is uniform, the planes of the two ends are parallel, and there is no warping angle, and the concave convex surface is not more than 10 mm; The connection between the air duct and the flange shall be firm, the flanging shall be smooth, and the width shall be greater than 6 mm.
3、风管法兰螺栓和铆钉的孔间距不要超过150mm,焊缝处不设螺孔,螺孔有互换性;不锈钢板和铝板风管表面没有很明显的痕迹,复合钢板风管表面不存在破损的情况。

风管加工设备结构是否完好、功能是否齐全等,都是影响风管成型的重要因素。所以在生产之前就应该调试好,保证加工过程的顺利进行。
