1.使用环境应经常保持整洁,风机表面保持清洁,进、出风口不应有杂物。定期风机及管内的灰尘等杂物。

2.只能在风机完全政党情况下方可运转,同进要保持供电设施容量充足,电压稳定,严禁缺相运行,供电线路必须为专用线路,不应长期用临时线路供电。

3.风机在运行过程中发现风机有异常声、电机严重发热、外壳带电、开关跳闸、不能起动等现象,应立即停机检查。为了保证,不允许在风机运行中进行维修。检修后应进行试运转五分钟左右,确认无异常现象再开机运转。

4.根据使用环境条件不定期对轴承补充或更换润滑油脂(电机封闭轴承在使用寿命期内不必更换润滑油脂),为保证风机在运行过程中的良好的润滑,加油次数不少于1000小时/次,封闭轴承和电机轴承,加油用ZL–3锂基润滑油脂填充轴承内外圈的2/3。严禁缺油运转。
4. Supplement or replace the lubricating grease for the bearing irregularly according to the use environment conditions (it is not necessary to replace the lubricating grease for the closed bearing of the motor in the service life). In order to ensure the good lubrication of the fan in the operation process, the oil filling times shall not be less than 1000 hours / time. 5.风机应贮存在干燥的环境中,避免电机受潮。风机在露天存放时,应有防雨措施。在贮存与搬运过程中应防止风机磕碰,以免风机受到损伤。

择风机壳主要看冷镀锌板的镀层厚薄。薄的易锈,不宜选用;风机进风罩有镀锌钢板和玻璃2种材质,选用镀锌钢板为好;与之匹配的电机功率有750瓦和1100瓦2种,选择1100瓦的电机为好;风机类型较多,材质有不锈钢、镀锌钢板、铝合金、彩钢板,从性能而言,宜选用不锈钢风叶。风叶造型多种多样,性能好的造型和加工工艺均复杂;转动总成有压铸铝、铸铁2种,相比之下,压铸铝性能较好;百叶窗自动开启装置有离心锤式、重力锤式和风吹式。从经验看,离心锤式较稳定,重力锤式易受积尘影响,启闭易失灵。风吹式主要用于36寸风机。百叶窗主要看其密合性是否。

目前一种较好的方法是在叶轮活蜗壳便面粘贴或者镶嵌耐磨陶瓷,由于耐磨陶瓷有良好的耐磨性能,可以大大提高分机的耐磨性能。
