　　The treatment of ventilation duct and the treatment path of ventilation duct tell you that the construction process of ventilation duct includes the following points:

　　1、管板槽

　　1. tubesheet groove

　　有三种板槽法:一种板槽法、两种板槽法、四种板槽法。板料开槽有手工开槽和机械开槽两种方法。

　　消声通风管道系统两种密封胶带:热敏胶带和压敏胶带。在用胶带封管前，用专用夹持装订针应使用固定管子的连接，装订针之间的距离为50mm。装订时，装订针应稍微与缝成一定角度。绑扎针仅用于带盖舌的搭接固定。如果没有盖舌或平接口，胶带应使用进行固定。大胶带尺寸为300mm，每边少1根。

　　Two kinds of sealing tapes are recommended for energy-saving silencing ventilation system: thermal tape and pressure-sensitive tape. Before sealing the pipe with tape, the special clamping binding needle should be connected with fixed pipe, and the distance between the binding needles is 50 mm. When binding, the binding needle should be slightly stitched at a certain angle. The binding needle is only used for lapping and fixing with cover tongue. If there is no cover tongue or flat joint, the tape should be used for fixing. The maximum tape size is 300 mm, with at least one tape on each side.

　　3、加强

　　当通风管道系统内的静载使玻璃纤维通风管道壁产生1%的挠度时，需要对通风管道进行加固。一般可采用以下方法对消声器通风管道系统进行加固:

　　When the static load in the ventilation duct system causes 1% deflection of the glass fiber ventilation duct wall, it is necessary to reinforce the ventilation duct. Generally, the following methods can be used to reinforce the ventilation pipeline system of energy-saving muffler:

　　拉杆加固方法，采用钢颜色和套管加固，通常采用正压加固500Pa以下。

　　The reinforcement method of tie rod is steel color and casing reinforcement, usually under 500 Pa by positive pressure reinforcement.

　　框架加固方法，即采用轻钢龙骨加固。

　　The method of frame reinforcement is light steel keel reinforcement.

　　C.采用锁固法，即采用轻钢龙骨加固，用于一些特殊管材的加固，如900肘管、三通管、液压管等，不能用于杆件加固和框架加固。

　　C. The locking method, i.e. light steel keel reinforcement, is used to reinforce some special pipes, such as 900 elbow pipes, tee pipes, hydraulic pipes, etc. It can not be used to reinforce rods and frames.

　　D.抗下垂加固法，用于特殊管材的加固，如变径管材加固、迂回管材加固等。

　　4. 修理损坏的地方

　　4. Repair damaged areas

　　如果管道外表面有轻微破损，可使用专用密封胶带进行修补。如果管道内表面有轻微损伤，可以用schuber的特殊修复胶修复。如果管道外表面的铝箔层损坏，但玻璃纤维保温层没有损坏，可以选择合格的铝箔来修复管道铝箔表面。如果管壁的损伤已达到玻璃纤维保温层，则可将损伤处切割下来，并可制作公接头和母接头。可根据切割玻璃板的尺寸选择另一块完整的板材，并进行良好的切割。男性关节和女性关节可以保留。如果管道损坏严重，损坏面积较大，可能影响通风管道系统的正常运行，则需要对管道进行更换和修复，以保证系统的正常运行。

　　If the outside surface of the pipe is slightly damaged, special sealant tape can be used to repair it. If there is slight damage to the inner surface of the pipeline, it can be repaired with Schuber's special repair glue. If the aluminium foil layer on the outer surface of the pipeline is damaged, but the glass fiber insulation layer is not damaged, qualified aluminium foil can be selected to repair the aluminium foil surface of the pipeline. If the damage of the pipe wall has reached the glass fiber insulation layer, the damaged part can be cut off and the male and female joints can be made. According to the size of cutting glass plate, another complete plate can be selected and cut well. Both male and female joints can be retained. If the pipeline is seriously damaged and the damaged area is large, it may affect the normal operation of the ventilation pipeline system, then the pipeline needs to be replaced and repaired to ensure the normal operation of the system.
