　　Railway duct is a very common ventilation and exhaust pipe infrastructure, which can effectively circulate air and reduce the concentration of harmful gases. Therefore, the material of main products such as iron pipes, sheets and profiles is very strict. The following is a detailed description of the production requirements of iron pipes by  Co., Ltd.

　　1. 焊缝外观检查，无气孔、沙眼、夹渣、裂纹等缺陷，纠正钢板焊接后的变形;

　　1. Weld appearance inspection, no air hole, trachoma, slag inclusion, cracks and other defects, correct the deformation of steel plate after welding;

　　2、铁板风道保温层采用聚苯乙烯泡沫板生产，泡沫板密度:40纳米结构/m3，厚度35纳米结构(表面温度不得低于5℃)，保温层边缘接缝采用梯形或榫槽结构，用树脂糊制而成。

　　3.将铁板风管的风管、风口与带保温层的软管连接;

　　6. 制造铁管及配件，外径或外径允许偏差小于或等于300mm为- 1mm;-2mm大于300mm。风管系统中所有直角弯头均安装在消声器弯头内，消声器弯头内安装镀锌铁板导向器;

　　7. 铁板风管的风管采用机械咬口，整齐严谨，接口内表面采用玻璃胶。
